Exiting volunteer checklist

I know your life may be chaotic right now, but I ask that you spend a few moments on the checklist below before you leave us. I’ll also be sending you a packet of materials if I’m not going to be seeing you before you leave. If there is anything I can do to help your transition from volunteer to alumnus/ae go any smoother, please don’t hesitate to contact me.–Amy
