Summer Camp Volunteer Reunion
When: June 11-19 (or any part thereof)
Who: Any volunteer alum of Camp AJ or Camp Shawnee
Where: Camp Andrew Jackson in McKee, KY
CAP would like to invite Shawnee & AJ volunteer alumni to a reunion event to be held @ Camp AJ.
This event will begin Friday, June 11. You will get to rejoin your friends from summer camps past and share all those memories from being a camp counselor. You can stay at camp through the weekend and some meals will be provided.
Please contact Liz @ lphelps@chrisapp.org or by cell phone @ (859) 339-9159 if you plan on attending. This will give us an idea for sleeping arrangements and food prep.
We are hosting this reunion event the weekend before the big Ichthus festival, a Christian music festival in Wilmore, KY. Ichthus begins June 16 and ends June 19. CAP will be helping with the festival again this year and they need your help. So, you can bring a friend along to enjoy the camp hospitality and then put on your working shoes to help with this great event. If you are interested in helping with Ichthus, Sherry Buresh needs to hear from you as soon as possible for planning purposes. Please contact Sherry Buresh by email: sburesh@chrisapp.org. Ichthus 2010
CAP would like to invite all alumni to participate in Ichthus 2010. We get you and your family free tickets, and you donate six hours of your time for every day you attend the festival. Volunteers are needed to check wristbands at security gates and run our shower trailer. Ichthus is June 16-19. Contact Sherry Buresh at sburesh@chrisapp.org for details.
