Christian Appalachian Project offers week-long (Sunday-Friday) home repair mission trip opportunities for groups of three or more, May-November. Your group will stay in a CAP groups facility, volunteer house, or camp and be assigned a Group Host who will welcome and orient the group, prepare dinner Monday-Thursday, and make food available for breakfast and lunch. Mission teams are led by a CAP employee or volunteer experienced in construction, and you will also have the opportunity to serve alongside long-term and short-term CAP Volunteers. By bringing your mission team to CAP, you not only have the opportunity to experience Appalachia and bond as a small group, you will also help CAP serve more people in Eastern Kentucky. With the help of groups, our home repair programs can accomplish a year’s worth of work in just a summer!
